Hi

Can some kind person please give a quick how to guide on how to insert a picture for me.

I have tried clicking the inest image and media icons but cant fathom it out.

Sorry for coming accros as a "Total Thicko" :-[

You need to host the pic somewhere first.....ie your own webspace on your ISP server or something like photobucket.

Then click on insert image icon and put the link to your pic inbetween the two sets of square brackets

like this ...... [.img]http://www.yourserver.com/image.jpg[./img]
