Carbon fibre?
« on: 10 April 2008, 18:40:14 »

Inspired by Debs' post but OT so a new thread.

Are the "carbon fibre" bits of trim in my MV6 really carbon fibre? (Heater controls surround etc etc). They certainly look pretty good and better than "wood" IMO.

If so, will Vx sell them to other members looking for these bits?

Cheers, Jim

I`m not sure if they are 'real' graphite trim items but the 'wood' bits on my Miggy are just a paper-vaneer laminated with clear plastic.....not quite the Burr-Walnut one might expect, but nice all the same  :y

The heater/A.C panel, gear-trim/knob and door panel trim are on zee-list for me to make available in graphite (just for O.O.F members)  ;)
