Rough start
« on: 14 June 2012, 22:57:35 »

When I start my motor it runs very rough, until I build the revs up to about 2000 then it settles down and runs normally. No warning lights are showing on the dash. It happens intermittently,  engine, hot or cold and with AC turned on or off. any help please.

Anyone near you have a code reader or able to look at Live Data with a Tech2 or something similar?

As an update on this, I called in to have a look.

Codes reported were around a miss fire on Number two cylinder so I suggested checking spark plugs etc and if no improvement we would test the coil pack.

Latest update I had was that no2 spark plug was loose.
