It employs them through personal services companies which allows them to minimise their contributions to HM treasury,and allows the Beeb to sidestep millions in national ins. contributions.
Coming from a taxpayer funded organisation its outrageous imo,particularily as they are the first to take the moral high ground when stories like Jimmy Carrs are breaking news.
