We have been with Virgin for 3 years now, in all that time i have never had a major issues that has required me to give them a call......

Was with plus net before that, they, like Virgin were excellent, the only reason for moving was because we went to cable services

AOL aren't bad.  They are actually quite a good ISP from a connectivity/performance/reliability point of view.  They just need to work on their customer service and back end systems...
