Does it become completely unresponsive? Or is it just the browser?

Evening, once I open it, it drops down the first few photos and the just sits there doing nothing and at the bottom of the screen it says downloading x amount of pictures but does nothing so I then have to force windows to shut down. This happens every time I try and use it. This never happens with anything else.
Its not a big issue it just means I have to use my pc for any pictures I want to upload.
