Brake switch....
« on: 22 September 2012, 21:29:35 »

Hi all,

To release my auto gear selector, I have to press the brake pedal. Recently, this has not been working, so have to release it manually.

What is the cause of this and how do I fix it please?

TIA :y

Have you checked the brake lights are working? Not that it changes the diagnosis, just something to be aware of. I have a new (but not bagged) 4 pin switch spare ;)
