help please soaked door

hi all does the membrane on the doors act as a water barrier from rain water as the door card is soaked at the bottom drivers door. with panel off sat in car and got someone to hose it, the water was coming from the black panel where the blue sensor is can someone help please.

yep the holes are clear but the membrane is not on as it should be so i have made a new membrane with no splits or tear's just got to find something to stick it with that should stop it from coming in the car, i hope what do you think cheers Darren.

Quite possible. Replace & seal ensuring drain holes are totally clear then apply the "hose test" again.
