Just checked the heads on my year 2000 3.0 breaker and it has the holes for the coil packs. So,does that mean the heads would be ok to fit to a 2.6 and/or a 3.2 ? 

That depends if the valves and combustion chambers are the same size. I can't remember if they are. You might end up changing the compression ratio otherwise.

Could it change it enough to cause a problem

Obviously too high and things break, too low and the car becomes gutless porridge
