central locking problem

omega 2.6 petrol.
drivers door will not lock using fob.
locks ok with key.

Sticky activating rods, or failed lock "solinod".  Easily replaced. :y

Assuming the Fob is working or should work, also worth checking your Ignition Barrel is fully popping out when removing the Key before you start ripping things apart as this can cause the same symptoms.

That would affect all locks Ian, but the OP is stating the drivers lock (only) ;)
