1.      I’m 62, 5’2” and 3 stone overweight
2.      I have the manual dexterity of a beached sperm whale, the bodily flexibility of an ironing board and the physical strength of a wet Kleenex tissue.
3.      I can’t change an electric plug without losing the 3 screwdrivers I needed to do the job
4.      The last major engine work I did was decoking a 948cc Triumph Herald in 1971
5.      My garage is so full of garbage, I couldn’t squeeze a Dinky toy in there let alone the front part of an Omega
6.      The Wizard from next door would undoubtedly offer to help and then do it all for me, and I ‘d be embarrassed about how to reward him
7.      I don’t own any tools more sophisticated than a socket set and an electric drill (although I’ve always wanted a torque wrench)
8.      I’m absolutely rubbish at following instructions (apart from those issued by the management – by the way, I’ve only just worked out what swmbo means)
9.      I don’t like getting my hands dirty
10.      I don’t own a set of overalls any more
11.      I’m bone idle
12.      I can’t count
