Well , sadly no response from my text to Den and I've tried calling again with the same result. 
I'm at a loss as to his absence and can only hope he is well and will pop in again soon and let us know he is OK.

Yes, it is deeply worrying as I know he suffered from ill health.

I have just sent an email to Den to his personal address explaining all our worries.

I have asked him to let one of us know how he is.  If he comes back to me I will of course let all of you know.  One good sign is that so far the message seems to have been "delivered" without a failure return!

My guess would be that he may have said all he had to say on OOF,and tbh,the level of debate and sense of fun has dropped off so much he may have found some other outlet for his thoughts.

Since I have been back it is most noticeable. We need Den back, with his intelligent and often numerous input

its beeen on going for years, a gradual decline. a long line of ... misserable and repetative topics seems evident, perhaps thats fair, without implying anything at anyone, hopefully. maybe its all in line with the economy.

 But whatever, best wishes to Den, hope your well.
