Good idea but No , not really .
I picked up a car in Armagh a month ago and drove it down..........325 miles !
2 day trip , overnight accom. + meals , tolls , petrol and then the UK tax on top just doesn't make it viable .
I'm just in the wrong part of the country.

Yeah I remember you coming up for the BM and thought it might be worth thinking about. I guess even Dublin would be viable, but that is probably just too far. Pity

Don you could remove the rear seats and tax it commercial for 333 euros, i've done 2 omega's in the past 2.5 td saloon and estate.

Hello Mike , long time no speak......hope all's well.

You know that is a VERY good idea actually as the back seats are never used at all.
Might just be the answer to the problem.
