Been there myself -like your friend-moved wards -renal-quite harrowing at times-so just let your friend know that you there,give them a hug and they will be be calmer and more rational  :y :y

Thanks. That's very good advice and much appreciated. I've told her not go back as the job is making her ill. This hospital seems to be in a bad state. When it's on TV it seems quite the oppostie.

She could always apply for transfer or do job at other hospital/care home :y :y
