Zafira Heater Fault
« on: 25 January 2013, 11:25:34 »

Hi all, found another fault on this Zafira, the heater fan only works on 4(maximum) am I correct in thinking it is the resistor?  Where can this be found, behind the glovebox?

Is this the correct item? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-Zafira-Heater-Blower-Motor-Resistor-13200646-/280598044081?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4154f25db1

Is it a plug and play fit situation?

Cheers

Yes, itsa  glove box out and pollen filter out job, you then reach in the through the pollen filter hole and push the resistor out.

Quite often its the thermal fuse died often due to the pollen filter never getting changed!
