no aux skt

as the 2006 has no aux skt is there any way without hard install of having iphone through car speakers, ssen a couple of nice outfits but it looks like they need to plug into the aux skt which makes sense.

There are ways and means, but simplest is either a transmitter thing that plugs into the phone, or simpler still, a cassette adaptor  :y

johhny saw the cassette adaptors, so they will put calls through speakers then as well as music

But the mic is still on phone, so trying to use it will be shit.

For music, use cassette adapter, for calls, go bluetooth, with a proper bluetooth kit.
