Fitted new fuse cover panel under steering wheel-and mate checked fuses while there-fuse 29 blown-put new one in and whole dash lit up-like ignition position 2

so any ideas?? its serious because it does more than tow bar

Its my 2000 2.5 v6 auto-

2001 IIRC. After the last of the 2.5s I'd say. $:-\$
