Ah, Ford Zetec and LPG. I believe its not an ideal combo - possibly even flashlube may not be enough...

Duratec engine, which I've been informed has hardened valve seats in the mk3  :-\

Has it got the returnless fuel system too? Could be a headache.

I know those were always notorious for VSR on LPG, even with flashlube.

You need Flashlube without a doubt as even if it has hardened valve seats it will suffer VSR severely (the "Factory Conversions" were getting replacement heads when still under warranty!).

Personally I wouldn't bother... Don't think it's worth the headache, especially if has the non-return fuel system ::)

How do I find out about non return fuel system?
What impact does this have regarding lpg?

ignore the last question, I've phoned a friend and been told all about it.
Also found a garage that seems to know there stuff.
