What a relaxing drive in this morning
« on: 19 March 2013, 19:24:12 »

I was about 10 miles into my 30 mile commute this morning, and it dawned on me how well TBE was driving. More than that, how easy it was to drive, after months of driving it always on edge. It now drives absolutely straight, and I think that makes a key difference.

Just having some straight line stability makes all the difference, and turns a car I have spent the last 6 months absolutely hating (thus its only done 3500 miles in that time, mostly by Mrs TheBoy) into quite a nice car.  Who knows, I may even start to like it  :-\

Shame the front wheel balancing is out ;D

Taken the SC5s off the front, and put on some old, worn tat (hence the balancing issue)

I'm trying to work out a good way of you trying the Goodyears on yours ... I know they are 17's and you want 18's, but there must be a way of you doing a test drive .... (providing of course your car is fully fueled so there is minimal chance of you trying to leave "11's" on a retards forecourt) .. :).....

I eyed up your Falkens, but I think not one is legal now ::). Certainly desperately close.

I think you should allow them to have a fitting end on a runway ;D
