parking ticket well nearly
« on: 01 May 2013, 20:52:17 »

Parked the wifes car outside in the road ,same place ive parked for the last 3 years and then got the god and went for a walk (good day so far ).When we get home find some one has parked opposite me to say the least rather badly ,so as much as I was there first against my better judgement and I like our wing mirrors thought ide better move the mrs car. Before I can get the keys theres a van hooter on constant giving me a right old mouth full about  parking and telling me how to park. At first I did try and explane that I was getting the keys but he keep on mouthing off .funny soon stoped as I walked up to his van (now I ant no hard man but im a fair lump) and carmly said I was about to move it but not now ."ile phone the police he said" at which point I guess  should have moved the car not gone in and made a cup of coffee and watched him wait for 30 mins before reversing off .  Sorry about the rant but thought I would use OOF to cool off  ;)

Forgot to mention 2 hours later plod turns up and tells me to move it or ile get a ticket for blocking the road as we have a heated discussion about park the other car starts and drives off then the only problem is a police car blocking two drives ;D

Don`t even enter into a conversation with these idiots.
There are so many loonies roaming around the streets, you just don`t know what their intentions are. plus your local plod are keen off the mark aren`t they, after someone tried to jemmy open our back door a while back; it took plod one & half days to respond.

your right about plod but don't forget they thought it was a parking ticket not a real crime. had our citroen broken into and couldn't be bothered to come round just got a crime number after about the same one and a half/two days
