[Gaffers]

Had a very wierd situation last week when I tried to start the car and it failed to start on the first go, I did hear a 'pop' like one cylinder had fired and that was it...  so tried again.  On the third attempt it started but very rough idle and stalling alot.

I was thinking 'Oh poo, I have to be somewhere' quick so popped the bonnet and heard some sucking air.  'Ah ha!' I thought an air leak so started looking around checking the seals as best I could all looked ok until I noticed the ICV had popped out of the plenum!

Popped it back in and all was good and dandy...spent the afternoon 'cruising' down the Autobahn  

PHEW!

aye bud they do pop out if you get a backfire !! need to find out why it backfired
