Will a P/FL tailgate fit a f/l estate?

I'm looking at a 2001 CDX which has a rust bubble on the back.
would like to fit the near-perfect one, with spoiler, from the mFL MV6

I believe it will but, the trim will be different. some one more knowledgable will be along to confirm shortly i'm sure

As said same panel, trim, badges and Griffin different, very early PFL used the Rear Window for the Aerial.

Never could get my head around why the FL rust under the Wipper Arm and The PFL didn't.
