Its the same method. Grub screws out, keys in, push keys towards outside of car and pull.

Trouble is, the bastards do stick, and those Autoleads keys that Hellfrauds sell are as much use as a used johnny smeared in dogshit.

Its a tricky thing to get out for sure especialy if you slip and scratch the soft touch that would be painful :o :o

Sit in back seat, put feet against windscreen, insert removal keys into head unit then pull....

One of two things will happen:-

A) The windscreen will come out

or

B) The bezel of the radio will come off

Enjoy  :y

I spent another hour with my CCR2006 tonight (been trying to get it out on and off for couple of months) filed my removal tools, removed side switches wiggled, pulled etc etc - this time I must have tried a little too hard as the whole front came off! So now I can see why the cd cartridge won't come out (it is extended) but the rest of my ccr2006 stuck in the car still!

Given I guess I've destroyed it by removing the front now anyway, how on earth do I get what is left out?

Why oh why did they make it so hard to remove!

Many thanks for any thoughts.
