2.2 petrol fault codes

Getting a few odd codes from an 02 petrol 2.2 which is a bit hesitant/lumpy when pulling away, may be slipping into limp mode. My thoughts based on previous experience is the cam sensor could be throwing up the transmission codes and possibly a knackered lambda sensor........any thoughts ?

P1130 O2 Sensor 1 Signal Switching Time Error C-30

P0700 MIL request from Transmission Control (TC) Modul B-06

P1600 Reprogram or Replace Electronic Control Unit (ECU) C-02

P1781 some sort of gearbox code?????

Happy to do Omega servicing etc around Merseyside,cruise activation, airbag lights sorted too...
