rear shelf (blind)

plugs are not the same.. have i got the correct one its the only one i can see on the left hand side of the boot  :-\

Correct Steve. You`ve got the later SAAB plug. If seller hasn`t got the the male end just cut & splice the cables or buy something like this

Fitted... press the button.. Dead  :'( :'( And fuse gone somewhere cos i have no electric open the boot thing.

And is it correct no relay needed ..its in the blind  :y

fuse 20 blown  :'( :'(    think i done that chopping wires in boot 

modify  :y :y just tried with a 20amp out of slot 18 all ok

what slot can i rob a 20amp fuse from for a while.. like heated rear window  :-\

Should be able to get fuses from Hellfrauds/factors for not silly money.  OK, cheaper elsewhere, but if you're in a hurry, these places have their uses ;)

Well that went well.Been fitted and working for 3 days now. Blind is now fully up,Press the button and click click noise only from the blind. :'(

Try an "assistant" gently pushing the blind down whilst the button is activated. If that fails it`ll need a stripdown. Not the weather for removing a rear shelf though Steve

you should of seen me sat i was drenched doing it.what is it that usually goes on them rob  :y
