Have managed to wangle  today and Friday off work -- with the bank Holiday would make a nice break from the office ( no lounging on the beach tho -- re-grouting bathroom and generally clearing up ) ....

and I pick now to go down with the plague (well ...bad head cold at the mo, or, more accurately .... "man-flu" !).

I feel like crap -- still managed the bathroom today tho --- but methinks tomorrow I am going to give up

Holy count hope you feel better soon i had a head cold this week , so i know how you feel, but when i get a head cold my sinuses get bad too i find it hard to breath !

Yes, Maria, I get similar problems -- unfortunately I can't take anything with a decongestant in it so have to put up with it

 I've had two days off after trying to amputate my hand in a container door. Got some movement back now but bruising & swelling spreading up the fingers in some interesting colours!!! Driving the Mig is ok but the truck's a bit more work with the split/range change box. Still off to Millom tomorrow.    Sure the lovely Lady members will sympathise how badly us blokes suffer the tiniest injury/ailment & pamper us til we decide we feel better!!!!!

Get well soon H.C....`once you`ve passed it on to someone else you`ll doubtless feel heaps better!....I bet it`s a Froggy virus from your recent trip to French-France.

i used to get sinusitis real bad, had 6 operations on mine as it was so bad,broke my nose and reset it, took some of the bone away. pressure on the sinuses is the most painful feeling ive ever had, luckily had no probs for yrs now so i know how you feel.
