water around spark plug lead

hi all , got a prob with our v6 omega , drivers side bank rear spark plug lead removed from plug , ... rusty water in the recess around plug , hence miss fire , removed plug , cleaned the lead and dried it out , now works fine, .... is there a core plug /plugs under the cam boxes ??? cheers all.

Check the scuttle for water leaks, can often leak around the wiper arm base. Worth a smear of clear sealant around the base where it meets the scuttle  :y
