Do this a bit for Mum who is 250 miles away from us and 20 miles from the biggest town.
Order her groceries online - sorted
Hairdresser gives their bank account number - I/Net transfer
Handyman etc as above.
Local person in village walks her dog and picks up a paper/milk etc and then as above,plus she puts a bit of cash in mums purse and is rebated as above.
Pension straight into bank account (authority granted to speak on her behalf)
Even sorted Mum's passport for her (hopefully get her some sun in the winter) - by getting a letter of authority and going to Peterborough.
All other bills via DD
