I'm not sure why well intentioned OOF members are facilitating what appears to be a futile replacement of cam followers when what the car probably needs is routine maintenance (2 or 3 oil changes and some lifter treatment) and calm analysis of the fault codes. After that it might need a new exhaust manifold gasket or attention to the EGR and the connections to it.

This is a separate issue to rough running when cold - I'm fully aware that cam wear is not the issue with that and agree that replacing cams / followers for that would indeed be totally futile. I was curious to see if the cams were available should I decide to fully rebuild the head at some point and to perhaps discover what other engines (if any) shared parts with the Z22XE - that is all. I greatly appreciate all those who offered constructive advice along the lines of the request.
