Guide for removing and replacing arm rest unit....

.... I'm replacing mine today as my ma broke the cubby hole catch with her brute force and ignorance  >:( >:( >:(

I've looked in the maintenance guide and can't see one for this. Would you like me to make one.......assuming I don't balls it up?  ;D:)
