Anyone ever heard of them (or better still, used them)? If so, views?

Is this what you're considering for replacement of your melted hellfrauds kit? if so is there a deal you've seen on them?

Roebuck is the "own brand" for Buck & Hickman.
Sourced mainly in the far east, with the quality you would expect - some very good, some the same stuff you would find labelled "blackspur" or "silverline"

Some research seemed to suggest more common in the US, but still no clues as to quality. Then again, aren't Buck & Hickman a US firm?

Needless to say, I've rejected that set of offers anyway.

UK - started in Sheffield nearly 200 yrs ago.
Used to be owned by Farnell (Electronics) - some stuff *was* very good (I have a jeweller's screwdriver set that's about 20 yrs old) - others were dire.
I know that the early catalogues are worth serious money - when I was dealing in books I sold a couple from the 1930s for £200+ *each*  :o

That would explain why I'm getting a lot od CPC/Farnell hits.

I've rejected it anyway, as the info on the stuff I was offered looked like tat.

As a bench mark, the halfords pro stuff is sourced from the same place as the draper professional
