Been to the car people

..for a mosey around. Didn't see anything I fancied (well, maybe a merc estate which I'll put a link up for), but if I was after a small car then this looks fantastic value. Registered one month ago and 5 miles on the clock:

Nice! Probably twice the price of an equivalent Veccy or Mundano though!?  :o  I can't be bothered to look TBH.....

I really like my Merc and despite it being 15 years old and 170000 odd on the clock it still drives and handles great!!  :-*  I don't think that the equivalent Veccy or Mundano would be as good somehow....  :-\

Anyway I'm sure Gixer will be along soon with an opinion.  I'll get the popcorn!!!  ;D ;D ;D

The merc was just an afterthought really, it's the corsa I was amazed at. That's a cracking little car for the money.

What you need is, a nice passat, just run in, very economical, as it runs on that diesel stuff......only £5k to you Steve  :y

Quite a few I looked at were diesels, but no good to me with that pesky DPF. I only footle about the district.

Actually there not bad on the passats.....they just smoke and smell a bit when their doing the regeneration cycle......in 40k of having mine.....ive never taken it on a run when it decides to regenerate.....it never puts on any warning light for it.......so you wannit for £5k  :y
