November I collected a nice 2.6MV6 from about a mile away. Tidy car, MOT'd until August, low mileage and good tyres, EML was on but ran OK. They gave her £175 for it! But then, they're not an easy car to sell, so no trader(which is what WBAC is) is likely to give you much for one.

They obviously supply a market need for those who cannot take the stress of selling a car themselves. My brothers in law tried it when my father in law had to stop driving. They were about to get tucked up on car not being in condition as described on phone. I took it over and sold to a dealer at a better price

I tried a couple of these a few weeks ago when I was thinking of changing my car, both offered more that I had been in PX...........

I personally think that my 53 plate MV6 is worth £1200 to the right buyer. I believe it to be one of the best.

'Robber Budden' would wipe it down with a damp cloth and put £3995 on the windscreen.

Easily, insurance valued mine at £950, allowing for mileage and Cat C x1. Whether someone would pay that is a different conversation entirely

I would rather nail my scrotum to the floor than sell my beautiful, almost immaculate, MV6 for £225.


At this very moment she sits in the back garden forlornly waiting for her new master........one with £1200.
