Going to fit the BOGE springs I bought from Allgerman (now the snow has mostly melted)

While I was on the phone to Jason, when neither of us expected the BOGE springs to be available, he started to talk about an alternative manufacturer. Before he got as far as telling me the name the answer came back that the last pair of BOGE springs were in stock so I never did hear the name of the alternative......

If rear, self levelling shocks will work with any springs. Any spring will also be firmer though.

I don't think the springs I am taking off are the originals. They sometimes seemed to ride too high but were otherwise OK (apart from the last couple of weeks when I noticed a distinct deterioration which I put down to driving 'enthusiastically' but was presumably caused by the broken spring)

New ones have the tapered ends that the old ones lack. Time will tell whether they are what I want or whether I should have bought something firmer...........

Snow has melted, it has stopped hailing and the sun has come out. I wonder how far I get before the next shower ::)
