The only word I can think of to describe this one off bespoke item is !! SPESH !! lol.
It's only on Egay as they can't shift it and to be honest it's most likely completely dead.

Might do a turn as an ad board for an American diner etc

There's an American diner near me that uses one (genuine NYC cab and cop car)of these to promote their diner
