Yesterday I spent all day...

...friggin about with her old, broken Kindle.

Seeing as Amazon went out of their way to be unhelpful, being a bunch of useless retards, it meant having to remove the system board several times - I can now replace a Kindle 3 system board in less than 5 mins from start to finish, including the 1 minute boot time ;D - and friggin around with Jailbreaking it every time.

What a waste of a day. But Mrs TB is happy she has a spare one, following the disaster/panic when it broke. She's still unconvinced if she prefers her new paperwhite, or her old Kindle 3.
