Boot opening switch question
« on: 28 September 2014, 10:20:55 »

Hi all
'53 plate 3.2 elite . . .  boot will not open with dash switch . ~have allowed the usual 3-4 seconds & still no workie :'(

tried with ingition on & off   & with key removed . .  still not working.

Boot opens fine with key fob  . . but not from switch .   Have checked fuse 7  & all ok

Any ideas where to look next . . .  possibly another fuse ?

TIA    Al :y

Reckon you'll have to start metering out wires from switch to Alarm ECU.  Its likely the problem isn't beyond the alarm ECU.
