No fan inside the car
« on: 21 August 2014, 08:38:53 »

Nissan Almera of a mate has no fan onto the windscreen.
Switch feels okay as is the fuse.
Any idea where the hedgehog is on these cars ?
Car is on a 01 plate

Are any fan settings working or is it just dead to the windscreen?

Hedgehog will be in the fan housing, either behind the glove box or under the scuttle. Also worth unplugging and connecting motor directly to 12v to see if it spins... will be one or tother :y

Given how basic the Almera is, I suggest its resistors, which are normally bypassed at fastest setting.

I'd check the fan itself, then work back with a meter
