Lancaster Bomber

Just had a fantastic 'Pick-me-up' courtesy of the Lanc that has just flown directly over my house on it's approach to Durham Tees Valley Airport! It really is amazing the psychological effect these iconic old girls & others of their Generation give when you first hear & then see them in their natural element!  :y

Engine has gone down on one of them. A friend of mine had a tweet from one of the crew. :(
