A good steak doesn't need a steak knife. There's a place in Spain where the knifes are very blunt. ;)

I'm not telling you where, I shall eat it all myself, thankyou very much. :) ;D
I've had some pretty reasonable steaks in Spain...  ...and some really crap ones. Much as here really, only here, price isn't necessarily a guide to how good a steak will be.

I agree about the knives. Obviously I would, seeing as I try not to use a knife  :-[
There's actually nothing in that post you can disagree with, if you notice. But yet.... ;D

I wasn't talking about all of Spain, as obviously I haven't eaten in all of their steak houses. Just this one, that I hapoen to know. ;) :P ;D

I would recommend a Costco cow, though I accept that the cost is unaffordable to some - even if in the long run its cheaper. We get a fair few meals from one, and its still good despite going through our freezer :y
