A good steak doesn't need a steak knife. There's a place in Spain where the knifes are very blunt.

I've had some pretty reasonable steaks in Spain...  ...and some really crap ones. Much as here really, only here, price isn't necessarily a guide to how good a steak will be.

I wasn't talking about all of Spain, as obviously I haven't eaten in all of their steak houses. Just this one, that I hapoen to know.

I would recommend a Costco cow, though I accept that the cost is unaffordable to some - even if in the long run its cheaper. We get a fair few meals from one, and its still good despite going through our freezer
