I have one as cheap 'personal' phone for when I really want to switch the work one off - it's fine - don't update all the in built Google apps or it does go very slow though!
Or root it, uninstall the ones you know you will never use, and then unroot it afterwards. Doing that got me 867MB of storage space back on my S4 (as well as making it more responsive than what it already was in standard trim).

most of it was just hype I was after a new laptop but there was not enough discount to make it worth it at my local PC world and argos, the headline offers were not availablele
