12 years ago I was 51 and knocked down wall, kangoed out blocks of foundation concrete, prepared patio bases and laid 160 slabs.

This was a defining moment as I said never again and that is exactly what I have kept to.

My mum is "over mid 70s" and has been labouring for a handyman to lay a new patio. She has barrowed down the slabs and sand from the road down to where patio has been built.

Silly woman ;D

I have a method for not getting old - I never increment my age; I am 29 every birthday!
My daughter is 41 and my son is 38, but I have never really been much good at Maths......
