Like these...

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/151492938148

Front ones can't be done with threaded bar  :-\
I done few front bushes on Volvos and must say they not they nice to replace
you need extra long adapters to press them out and in

Hmm  :-\ Looking like it's not worth the hassle vs just throwing some new arms at it.

That red hydraulic press you have by your door... what's that rated to? Any good for this sort of stuff?
best option  :y
hydraulic press its 30 Ton

Okidoki. Will do.

Ah, right. I'll not bother pursuing the 12 ton options on ebay then  :(
I had 12 ton before for about 5-6 years and then I we was replacing wheel bearing on Renault master
and that was to much for press, frame bent so was scrap time for it

At work we've a fifty-ton air over hydraulic press that is really good at wrecking car parts! ;D I find my 10ton press at home cheaper to use.
need to be very careful as you can damage more then just car parts

That is another reason for me not doing rear wheel bearings in a press, even though it would have been easier on the ramp at work rather than axlestands in the street at home.
