This is why I believe that anyone who wishes to vote on this or any other political vote, should be made to take a political awareness exam. It would also stop politicians consistently appealing to the lowest common denominator. 

Good idea. A couple of cryptic clues on the polling card as to where the polling centre is would weed out most of the dipshits.

Trouble is Kevin, that idea relies on the postman actually delivering the bloody thing...

Yeah, my postman isn't very good with numbers. It's not hard. Number 3 on my door. Number 3 on my mail... Number 5 on my neighbours' door... Number 5 on my rather neighbour's mail...

My Postman must be good at Maths then, as the Door Number thing is bang on  , He just needs to polish up on the Street and Road names.
