Outside air temperature sensor

Hi was getting the reading ---.--c on my internal display I bought a new sensor and replaced it but still showing the same after a week, does anyone have any ideas on how to fix, thanks in advanced.

Possibly an issue where the bumper loom plugs into the body loom... Behind bumper, underneath lefthand headlight,  just above horns. :y

Do the fog lights work?

Only got rear fog light that works fine but there is a broken loom where you said near the horn connections are fxxxxd probably need new loom wiring on.
