Not unlucky at all Terry. Its a lovely car that I bought did all the usual Omega maintenance stuff to, and then proceeded to do more unnecessary things to in order to get it as close to my ideal Omega as I can make it. :y

When Ive finished it I will probably sell it and buy something completely different that needs a load of work doing.  ::) ;D

Fair dooes. I buy a car, sort it, drive it, eventually scrap it. Others buy a car, restore it to pristine condition, and keep it for a long time. Others buy a car, do it up, then sell it on.
2 weeks a man drove into the Paget Press yard and parked his immaculate blue Omega Elite automatic alongside my tatty 2.5 blue estate. We chatted. He told me he had long sought such a car, restored it, had it rust treated, and imagined it would last him many years. He lives about 2 miles away, is an occasional forum member, and decided to visit me. His forum name I thought he said was NewcastleAnt. Great to see you, Anthony.
