E-mail glitch

When I get e-mails I can for the most part scroll down to read what they say,but some e-mails seem to take the whole of the screen up so I can't use the little pointers to scroll down the page,so I can't read them!I've tried using the page down button[I'm on a laptop]but this has no effect,how can I get to read these e-mails?

A clue as to which mail client would be an excellent start.

Not sure what information you need,but I'm on incredimail 2.0 the latest e-mails that I can't scroll down on are from the AA with regard to insurance I've got with them,if any of that is of any help to you.
