A loose hose under the hood (3.2 V6)
« on: 24 March 2017, 16:57:29 »

Hello,

After I have finished cleaning the breathers and changing the rocker cover gaskets, but I've found a loose hose under the hood.
I'm not sure whether it has been loose for a long time or I removed it from somewhere.
Here are the pictures of the culprit marked in green:

Does anyone know where to attach the loose hose?

Best regards.

It's the breather for the automatic gearbox, so it's normal for it to be open at the end. Just make sure it's secure so it won't fall down onto the road and that the end is pointing downwards so water can't get in.
