So it seems that Andy Burn 'Ems big idea to fix the country is ...... erm .... more government!  ::)

Yup he's decided that devolution for Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, London and all the regional mayors that have popped up recently has been such a success, that what we really need is more politicians with big budgets, fancy offices, and lanyard wearing flunkies, and that will fix the country!  :y

I bet you're all really excited by this revelation?  :)

Opposing "journalists".

Apparently, Andy Capp is qualified and deserving of eternal laudations because Mancchester has grown significantly in the last ten years.

The reason it's grown has nothing to do with the gimp running the place, and everything to do with the fact that Mancchester is better than Lundun for three simple reasons. Two are subjective and one is mutually exclusive.

In no particular order:

1. It's (marginally) cheaper.
2. It's (marginally) less shit.
3. It's not in Lundun.

If you want an idea of how shitly Mancchester is actually run, but don't want to go there, visit Stansted. :-X
