Double DIN to DIN Adaption

Hi,
I have been asked to fit a replacement radio / CD player in a 2005 Ford Transit minibus that I drive for a voluntary organisation.

Present radio is double DIN.

Does anyone know where I can get Double to Single DIN adaptions ?

BTW the ford head unit is often a 1.5 Din rather than a double din on stuff upto 2006 IIRC
